The Sheffield Convention Bureau is a service offered to event organisers from Marketing Sheffield.  

We're dedicated to making life as easy as possible for you and that extends to assisting you with your venue search, accommodation booking, travel and most importantly local impartial advice.  What's more it's all free and without obligation.  

Submitting an enquiry - just brief us on your event and we will spring into action. We'll contact suitable venues on your to obtain all the availability and rate information you need.  Just 48 hours later we will present you with a comprehensive report for your consideration.  It's the swift, stress free way to pin point your perfect venue.  

Whether you are looking to block book for a group of delegates or refer individuals to a central booking service, our accommodation experts are on hand to help.  We can secure bedrooms, negotiate the best rates on your behalf and provide a wide range of accommodation to suit all budgets.  

Our online booking system includes a link to add to your own event website or to send out with joining instructions.  A unique booking code also ensures that only your delegates can access your event information.  

Your dedicated page can be branded with your logo and details of your event, along with instructions for your delegates on how to book their rooms and payment details.  Each hotel will be listed with all amenities, grading and location in relation to the main conference venue, so your delegates can make a personal choice.  

The system will allow organisers or delegates to make group bookings, individual bookings, amendments, all up to a date (a cut-off point) prior to your event taking place. Once that point is reached, our accommodation team will take over and send rooming lists, make changes and late bookings on your behalf.

Sheffield Convention Bureau is also pleased to be able to offer delegates the opportunity of purchasing discounted return rail travel when booking accommodation. Tickets are currently available when travelling with East Midlands Trains.  

Current prices for London/Sheffield return £49.00 standard travel, £70.00 first class travel.
