Ghost Walk, £2.50-£5
These ghost tours run on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Each tour is unique, if you come on one tour and decide to come on a different day you'll not get the same experience or stories.
Steel City Ghost Tours pride themselves on their stories and on their ability to find the truth about each one. They don't do 'rumour' and they don't do 'tales', each of their stories has been researched, followed up and seen in the recent past.
All the tours start at The Sheffield Town Hall Steps at 7.30pm. All of the routes are different and you won't hear the same story twice. The duration of the tours lasts between two and two and a half hours.
The tales on this tour are our classic ghost stories, the ones that never seem to get old, that always have a good reception no matter what the age of the audience.
This tour is one for the harder stomached listener, several of the stories on here are of a more gruesome nature. We give you fair warning about this mixture of gruesome and ghoulish.
Our last offering has a mixture of ghoulish and traditional tales of the Campo Lane area of the city centre of Sheffield. We touch upon the history and creatures that haunt the darker hours of the city. Please be advised that this tour has some elements of a darker nature and may not be suitable for children under 16.
They also run a Historical Crime and Murder Tour on the third Saturday of the month. The tour starts at 7.30pm from in fron of Sheffield Cathedral.
There is more to the City of Sheffield than ghosts and other creatures of the night.
With us having a long history of industry in Sheffield we also have crimes that were associated with it, be it Murder or Riots, Prostitution, Petty Theft and even Racketeering. Due to the content no one under the age of 16 is allowed on this tour.
£4 Stu/Oap (proof needed)
£2.50 for a child under the age of 13.
