Claire Harris - Director of SM&E UK: Vodafone Business
Claire is Director of SM&E UK at Vodafone, leading a direct team of c230 and an indirect team of C250 who work to provide innovative and relevant technology to small, medium & corporate business enterprise in both the Public and Private sectors across the UK.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Claire worked in positions of leadership within BT, Orange and EE, where she formed her reputation for raising standards within the SME, corporate and enterprise business arenas by removing barriers to sale and driving growth of business communication services.
Claire is passionate about building an engaged, diverse and collaborative culture, empowering and developing her team to be able to deliver the right solutions to customers. She is also driven by innovative technology that can transform businesses and their success.
Claire lives in Cheshire with her husband Paul and their 3 children.
