SODIT or as the acronym stands for survivors of depression in transition are an amazing pier lead mental health charity who work with women who've been affected by depression. They receive no statutory funding but provide a range of services to help the women they work with lead positive lives.
Chef's Counter Community Interest Company loves them, which is why they decided to cook a Friday night dinner to raise some money to help them do more of the incredible work they do.
