From Tip to Tail – the next phase of the Upper Don Trail

14 Sep 2023 16:00 - 19:00

Explore the next planned route of the Upper Don Trail and the Trans Pennine Trail on a journey of contrasts. We will pass through the forgotten industrial moonscapes of Deepcar Brickworks, More Hall Tips and Wraggs Quarry, but also take in the spectacular valley landscape, unspoilt river banks, the beautiful Wharncliffe woods and learn about dragons, mines, orchids and the birthplace of English climbing.

This walk is part of Sheffield Walking Festival and Heritage Open Days 2023.

Free - but places are limited and must be booked.
