This fun-filled day encourages the whole family to get active and participate in various fitness challenges with lots of prizes up for grabs.
There are a range of energising activities to experience throughout the day, from pushing boundaries on the climbing wall, rowing around the world on a rowing machine, and scoring the fastest goal in the football speed cage.
Slow it down but remain active with a 10-hole crazy golf course, crown green bowls and dedicated relaxation area.
Visitors to The Moor can also try their hand at yoga with demonstrations at 11am and 2pm, and taster sessions at 12 noon and 2.30pm, delivered by Chi Living Yoga.
There will also be CPR and First Aid training workshops courtesy of Mini First Aid.
