Participants will put themselves in the expert hands of our Certified Instructors, Charlie, Radek and Emily, for our unique ‘Heat and Ice’ Wellness Experience. The session begins with a Hotpod Yoga class, suitable for all ability levels, followed by a Wim Hof Breathing introductory session. After a break to refresh and reflect, participants will look at the next pillar of the Wim Hof Method: Mindset & Commitment and how to form new healthy habits. Before finishing, participants have the chance to put their mindset to the test and experience Cold Exposure – whether this be just immersion of the hands in ice water, taking their first cold shower OR even their first ice bath! (Of course, the last part is entirely optional!). Who is this workshop for? This workshop is suitable for everyone, but it does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before practising the Wim Hof Method.
