This event is aimed at anyone with diabetes or at risk of developing diabetes. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Budding athletes can learn how to control blood sugars during their chosen activities, and those who have limited mobility or are struggling to get active can get help in incorporating gentle exercise into their day.

Whatever your aim or present level of activity you can gain something from joining us. There will be expert speakers, including health care professionals, and a series of workshops.

There will be sessions for school age, people with both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, advice on nutrition, the chance to try out Tai Chi etc., all with no pressure.

So, whether you are confident or shy, fit, disabled or injured, beginner or accomplished athlete you are welcome to come along. A free lunch is provided.
