This session is open to everyone from rookies to experienced players, from transfers to returners.
It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the game, be shown basic techniques, meet coaches and learn more about the Giants organisation.
They recommend those new to the sport to attend both the Rookie Taster (October) and Open Training (November) sessions, but if you can only make one that’s okay!
What do you need to bring? If you have kit bring it, if not then boots for 3g turf (FG/AG), mouthguard, sports wear, waterproof bag for belongings, bottled water, electrolytes and any medication.
