Strange Sheffield Ghost Walks - The Infamous Bunting Nook
Join Strange Britain for an evening of ghost stories along the infamous Bunting Nook: one of England’s most haunted roads.
Please note that, due to the lengthening days, this walk starts at 21:00.
The walk lasts around 100 minutes and covers about a mile in terms of distance. There will be plenty of spooky stories, and there could be no more fitting location.
The walk will take participants along the infamous Bunting Nook, widely considered to be one of England’s most haunted roads, as well as through parts of Graves Park and the stunning 18th century buildings around Norton.
Now that the nights are lighter, the walk will change. There is a decent chance of seeing one of Sheffield’s strangest sights: wild parakeets coming into roost.
Plus, the skies are sometimes light enough to make out bats heading out to hunt.
The meeting point is the public footpath along the side of St James Church in Norton.

Adult advance tickets are £7.50 and under 14s are £5 in advance and are available as add-ons at checkout. The walk’s route is fully accessible. You’re always welcome to turn up on the night, however, on the night prices are £10 for adults and £6 for children. For the best value you're always better off booking in advance.
