Yorkshire Artspace's annual Open Studios event is an opportunity to explore creative spaces which are usually closed to the public.
For one weekend only, they open the doors of their two stunning buildings, Exchange Place Studios and Persistence Works in the city centre, to showcase reveal the workspaces of some of the best contemporary artists and craftspeople in the region.
The studios of over 100 painters, ceramicists, metal-smiths, jewellers, designers, printmakers, photographers, woodworkers, and visual artists will be open for you to see, chat with the artists, and maybe buy their work direct from the source.
You'll also be able to view current exhibitions and take part in family-friendly workshops.
Refreshments and snacks will be served by local independent cafés, providing the fuel for your visit to keep up your energy and help you see as many spaces as possible!
The Open Studios are completely free to attend, but places are limited so please register on the links below if you wish to attend.
