06 April 2021
Sheffield city centre is set to welcome a huge new beer garden experience as boutique bowling alley, Lane7, has signed a temporary deal to take over Plug nightclub to host a new outdoor drinking and dining area.
Attendees will be able to enjoy Sheffield’s best street food and great range of drinks as Lane7 opens up the huge 200-person capacity outdoor space.
The extended area is located 80m from Lane7 Sheffield in Plug’s car park on Matilda Street and will feature its own bar, street food traders and a huge 6mx3m screen.
Lane7’s pop-up beer garden is set to become the place to be in Sheffield’s city centre, with beer and cocktails flowing, and the only place to get a street food fix seven days a week. With the mouth-watering line-up of food traders to be announced soon.
The beer garden will be open from Monday 12 April and bookings can be made online now at: www.lane7.co.uk/sheffield. Opening times each week will be Monday to Thursday, 3pm - late and Friday to Sunday, 11am - late. Under 18s must be accompanied by adults at all times and must leave the venue by 7pm.
Lane7 opened in Sheffield in December 2019 shaking up the city’s entertainment scene with their late-night bowling venue. Like all indoor entertainment, they hope to reopen for bowling from Monday 17 May, in line with the Government’s roadmap for easing restrictions.
