The Carnelly restaurant at the Hellaby Hall Hotel in Hellaby, South Yorkshire is delighted to have been awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence for the first time in the hotel’s history.
The knowledge and experience of the AA’s inspectorate is unrivalled and an AA rating is one of the most trusted forms of quality and service recognition in the hospitality industry. Says Sebastian Rizk, Hotel Manager: “I feel truly honoured to be part of the team that was awarded the AA rosette and it is a remarkable achievement for the hotel, I am immensely proud of the team. It just goes to show that hard work does pay off ! “
The Hellaby Hall Hotel is a 17th century manor house which has been sensitively converted into a 4 star hotel set amongst picturesque gardens. The Carnelly Restaurant is a fine dining experience situated within the country house part of the hotel over looking the beautiful landscaped gardens.
It has been awarded an AA rosette only six months after a new management team started at the hotel that includes Head Chef Craig Tyrrell. Craig says “The hotel was also ranked much higher in its hospitality and standards this time around which is also very positive for the hotel and has moved forward considerably since the hotel has changed Management. We are now looking forward to a very busy season where guests will be able to experience our newly award winning cuisine. “
