Employment Rights Act 2025 changes take effect from April 2026. This session covers what every employer needs to know and do.

If you employ staff, these changes will affect your business. It is important to understand what is changing and what you need to do to stay compliant.

In this online session, Kat Derbyshire, HR consultant from Black Kat HR, will guide you through the new requirements and what they mean in practice.

You will leave the session with:

  • A clear understanding of the changes being introduced from April 2026
  • Practical steps to help you update your policies and processes
  • Useful tips to support compliance in your day-to-day operations

Venue: Zoom ( link will be sent 2 days before the event)

This is workshop is hosted as a Zoom meeting. You must have a computer, laptop or tablet with at least a 10” screen, and microphone and audio capabilities in order to access the Workshop. A camera/webcam is optional, but recommended. Further instructions for accessing the event will be emailed to participants in advance.
