Float Along Festival returns to Sheffield on Saturday 26 September 2026 for its fifth edition, transforming the city centre into a multi‑venue celebration of post‑punk, psychedelic rock, indie and alternative music.

Taking place across Sidney & Matilda, Corporation and The Octagon, expect another full day and night of forward‑thinking live music, as festival once again champions Sheffield’s grassroots venues while showcasing some of the most exciting names in contemporary music.

First Wave Lineup: The 2026 edition features its strongest and most diverse lineup yet, including:

With more acts still to be announced, the festival promises a rich blend of established names, breakthrough artists and new discoveries.

Additional Information

Age Restrictions: 14+ (under 18's must be accompanied by an adult)

The live music element of the event will run from 12pm until 11pm (14+) with DJ’s from 11pm until 2am (18+).

Organised by one-half of the Strange Days team, Float Along Festival has been dubbed an “unreal day of alternative music bliss”.
