A vibrant celebration of global pop culture is coming to South Yorkshire this spring as K-Pop Universe arrives at Don Valley Bowl in Sheffield on Bank Holiday, Sunday 24 May.
Running from 9:30am to 2:30pm, the event will transform the iconic outdoor venue into a colourful festival of music, performance and high energy entertainment inspired by the worldwide phenomenon of K-Pop.
Fans can expect live K-Pop performances, high powered stage shows and choreographed dance routines, bringing the sound and spectacle of the genre to life. The show draws inspiration from some of the biggest acts in global pop including BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, ITZY and PSY, delivering a soundtrack packed with some of the genre’s most recognisable hits.
Alongside the K-Pop performances, the event will also feature tribute sets inspired by major pop stars including Sabrina Carpenter, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift, creating a diverse show filled with chart topping music and high energy performances.
Beyond the stage, festival goers can enjoy a colourful event atmosphere with immersive visuals, vibrant lighting, live characters, candy floss, light sticks and interactive entertainment, helping create a fun and engaging experience for fans of modern pop and K-culture.
