Albourne Wine Estate was established in 2010 by husband and wife team, Alison Nightingale and Nick Cooper, and has rapidly established itself as an innovative and quality-led English wine producer at the forefront of this rapidly growing industry.

Albourne Estate is a forward-thinking, family-run vineyard in the heart of Sussex, celebrated for its uncompromising focus on quality, sustainability and honest expression of place. Their meticulous, small-scale approach—from attentive vineyard management to thoughtful, detail-driven winemaking—closely mirrors JÖRO’s own philosophy of celebrating produce, seasonality and provenance. JÖRO have also teamed up with Albourne to produce a collaboration of premium English sparkling wines that showcase the best of what the British vineyard has to offer.

Your ticket includes; access to the event, a guided flight of 5x premium English wines, Crumb Bakery sourdough with cultured butter, Losada Gordal olives and 9-month aged Manchego served with wildflower honey.
