Mega Mulching & Tree Care @ Linley Bank Meadows

Join Community Forestry team to help care for a new hedgerow at Linley Bank Meadows.

What's Mulching? You will be applying a layer of mulch (wood chips) around the trees to stop weed growth and give the trees the best start in their new home.

The task involves shovelling the wood chips into buckets and then emptying them around the trees.

It's a great way to exercise and is super satisfying (if a little repetitive!)

Feel free to come for the whole day or just a few hours.

There is no toilet directly on site - nearest toilet is 15 mins walk.
