Noise Annoys Fest 2026

Distort Sheffield and The Lughole proudly announce the 6th annual Noise Annoys Festival! On the 22nd - 24th of May 2026, they’re once again bringing outrageously ripping punk and hardcore bands from around the globe to the city of Sheffield.

Noise Annoys - not just another festival… the lineup aims to highlight bands with members from marginalised groups and to give younger Punx who are just starting out some recognition! Another key priority for the festival is to arrange tours for bands travelling from afar to the festival. They believe this is crucial not only for building a robust DIY network in the UK and bolstering local scenes, but also for recognising the environmental impact of one-off international ‘fly-ins’.

SEEIN RED - Dutch hardcore legends finally grace The Lughole, with their lightning fast destruction.

G.U.N - Pure USHC lifer freaks, ripping out classic 80’s hardcore perfection. Ex Lifes Halt/Government Warning/Sickoids.

AYUCABA - Nasty and raw metallic punk from Barcelona/Columbia. FFO English Dogs/Execute/Vellocet.

LARMA - Total sweet spot Swedish hardcore. You know what I’m talking about! Ex Infernöh/Heratys/Skitkids.

ZANJEER - Uncompromisingly political hardcore punk, based in Germany with lyrics sang Urdu, Punjabi and Farsi. One of the most important current bands in the DIY Scene.

SEX GERMS - Insane Leicester punk rock. A jewel in the UK scene right now! Like an orgy between The Wire, Axe Rash and The Bags.

AN SLUA - Galway’s Oi/Street punk darlings first time in Sheffield. Incredible political punk rock, catchy and fun. Your new favourite band! Saoirse don Phalaistín!
