Business Sheffield is launching a new series of Business Start-up Power Hour workshops.

These free, in-person sessions are designed to give aspiring entrepreneurs the practical tools and confidence to start their business. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, learn from experienced advisors, and explore the key steps involved in turning an idea into a successful venture.

You can attend one workshop or join the full series, depending on what support you need.

In this session, we will explore the Business Model Canvas, a simple one-page tool that helps you map out your business idea. You’ll learn how to define your value proposition, understand your customers, and identify the key elements that make a business work.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of how your business can create, deliver and capture value.
