Mains

Polly’s 'Perfect' Roast Gammon (GF) Slow roasted honey glazed Gammon with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, and a red wine jus – guaranteed well done, or possibly very rare.

Sybil’s Vegetarian Wellington (VE) Roasted butternut squash, Lentil, and cumin flavoured – prepared to Sybil’s exacting standards (and Basil's irritation).

Dessert

Manuel’s Surprise Cheesecake (VE, GF) A chocolate & orange cheesecake – though the “surprise” is often that it’s still wobbling.
