Dough Truck Pizza are an independent, family-run Neapolitan Pizzeria. Whether you want to dine-in or takeaway, it’ll be delicious.
They pride themselves on authentically prepared, wood-fired, traditional Neapolitan pizza. They use a mix of the best ingredients; both from across Italy and locally sourced in Sheffield. Their dough is lovingly prepared and prooves for twenty four hours to ensure the most delicious base and crusts.
Founders Phil and Sally deployed their son Adam to Naples to learn how to make Neapolitan pizza and bring it back to the people of Sheffield. After training at AVPN, Adam brought back a passion and dedication for all the traditions and methods involved in making delicious Neapolitan pizza.
That passion was infectious and most of the family wanted to be involved in the journey!
After 3.5 years serving from a wood-fired oven in the back of a Land Rover, they are now delighted to continue to serve in their restaurant on Abbeydale Road in Sheffield.
