Carolyn Pearson - Tech Scale-up Advisor

Carolyn has worked in the tech sector for 20+ years and led technology teams for well-known names including BBC, easyJet, ITV and Sony Music both in the UK and across Europe and now provides fractional technology strategy support to mid-sized businesses.  She joined Tech SY in 2025 as a Tech Scale-up Advisor and works with a variety of difference businesses. She particularly enjoys helping businesses with their funding journeys, go-to-market strategies, B2B sales and marketing and ‘nailing your niche’.  Carolyn is also a certified NLP Practitioner and works with founders on building confidence, speaking with impact and overcoming limiting beliefs.

Carolyn is also the founder CEO of www.maiden-voyage.com a world-leader in inclusive traveller safety training and eLearning, selling services to some of the world’s biggest organisations. She has taken the business through fund-raising rounds, scale-up and has recently completed a buy-back. She is well-versed and well-networked within the start-up and investment eco-systems.
