Bamboo Door

Sheffield’s First Tiki Bar was born in April 2014, but it's constantly evolving as they find (and get given by customers!) more and more tiki artefacts from around the world. The cocktail menu is always being revised, but if you fancy something different just ask the tiki monkeys and they will guide you to your perfect drink!

Bungalows & Bears

One of Sheffield's unique strangely-named places, Bungalows and Bears has been a staple for good food, good drink and good music for over a decade.

Church - Temple of Fun

Owned by Oli Sykes, frontman of band Bring Me The Horizon and a passionate vegan, Church is a 100% vegan bar and restaurant in Kelham Island, housed in the historic Osborn Works.

Crookes Social Club

This social club in Crookes plays host to a variety of different music and themed nights, with a great eclectic crowd including students and local residents.

Cubana Tapas Bar

Factory Floor

An industrial oasis hidden away within a cobbled courtyard, in Sheffield's Neepsend. Their unique drip-infusion system derives from a traditional Japanese coffee filtration method, infusing spirits and liqueurs over 12 hour periods, to create a wide array of unique flavour combinations.

FirePit Rocks- Bar and BBQ

Forum Sheffield

Gut Level

Gut Level is a not-for-profit DIY music and community space. It’s important that everybody who comes here feels welcomed, comfortable, free to express themselves and ultimately, has a great time! They focus on dance music, club culture and the surrounding communities, and are based in a Grade II listed ex-cutlery works on Snow Lane in Shalesmoor.

Hagglers Corner

A community of 14 independent businesses, nestled around a vibrant courtyard & mezzanine, Hagglers is a bit of a Sheffield institution, with a café by day and vibrant bar by night.

Piña

A lively party spot with Mexicana vibes, Piña owner/founder Joe experienced first-hand the amazing cuisine and culture on a Mexico trip back in 2016, and just had to bring it back to Sheffield. So, expect plenty of (high quality 100% agave-based) tequila, mezcal and, of course, delicious tacos.

Plot 22

Plot 22 is a grassroots music venue and studio space situated in the heart of the Castlegate district of Sheffield in the old Castle Market.

Public

Occupying the former gent’s toilet below the grade-1 listed Victorian town hall, Public is a stunning little haven of fine drinks and delicious food - or as it was once described: "...Wes Anderson train carriage crowbarred into an old bog".

Record Junkee

Record Junkee is a fiercely independent 150 capacity venue, bar and official chart registered record store situated on Earl St in the heart of the city. It embraces the inclusive ethos that bred the best acts from the city’s past. From original Bassline to Post Punk and back again; all styles are served as the store caters equally to the burgeoning collector and the old school vinyl head alike.

Sidney & Matilda

Where Brooklyn meets Berlin in Sheffield's creative quarter. Sidney and Matilda is a warehouse, basement, and courtyard orientated music and event venue, that has shined new neon red light on an abandoned industrial district.

Southbank Warehouse

With a spectacular courtyard set in the backdrop of Sheffield’s industrial heartland, Southbank Warehouse has a an incredible space with room for up to 500 people.

Tank

Tank is Sheffield's underground house, tech & bass venue, putting on legendary nights (as well as the even more legendary annual Bassfest). They put on a number of regular nights and are based in the city centre.

The Abbeydale Picture House Bar

The Abbeydale Picture House Bar offers a full range of fifteen beers produced by the neighbouring Abbeydale Brewery alongside quality spirits, wines and coffee.

The Cremorne

The Cremorne, London Road, is an early nineteenth century pub. As a former coaching house, the pub features a gated archway to the side and more buildings to the rear. It is 300 metres from Bramall Lane. A busy, friendly pub at the heart of London Road with a great range of real ales and drinks as well as fab pizzas. They also have a load of live music, open mic nights, and general late night revelry.

The Foundry

The Foundry is a 3 room club, music and event space inside the University of Sheffield Students' Union.

The Green Room

One of Sheffield's many independent bars on Division Street in the centre of town, The Green Room is a weekend staple but with plenty happening in the week too. Great drinks, food and music, in a laid back atmosphere.

The Greystones

The Greystones is a welcoming, traditional community pub where people of all ages can enjoy a great range of drinks in comfortable surroundings, as well as see fantastic music and other events.

The Leadmill

The Leadmill is Sheffield’s longest running live music venue and nightclub. It first opened its doors in 1980 and has been a creative hub in Sheffield for nearly 40 years, home to live music, club events, theatre, comedy & film screenings.

The Lughole

The Lughole is a community/volunteer based performance space plus practice spaces that serves the underground/ alternative music and art scene in Sheffield.

The Washington

The Washington is one of the spiritual homes of Sheffield’s music scene. Through the years they’ve all passed through; drinking, performing and perhaps even working behind the bar. From the glory years of The Limit when Pulp would meet there, to intimate gigs from Wet Nuns, The Washington has seen it all - and you will too if you visit.

The Wick at Both Ends

By day, The Wick is a safe haven, an entity of calm in the middle of a lively and fast-paced city - and at night it's a great place to meet the locals, soak up the vibes, and even have a boogie.

Trippets Lounge Bar

Yellow Arch
