Annual events and festivals in Sheffield

World Snooker Championship

The World Snooker Championship is professional snooker's longest-running, most prestigious, tournament and has been held at the iconic Crucible Theatre in Sheffield since 1977.

Sheffield Chamber Music Festival

Music in the Round and Ensemble 360 host an annual Festival each May in the Tanya Moiseiwitsch Playhouse and other venues around the city to present informal and inventive performances of classical and modern classical music.

Open Up Sheffield
