Big Garden Bird Watch & Children’s Crafts
Join Sheffield General Cemetery for a family-friendly, volunteer-led guided walk through the Cemetery as they take part in the RSPB’s Big Garden Birdwatch.
Together, you’ll look for and help record the birds found across the site, with our knowledgeable volunteers on hand to help identify species by song and sight.
After the survey, you’ll head inside the Samuel Worth Chapel to warm up, where you can enjoy free children’s craft activities, alongside the café and bookshop. Every ticket includes a complimentary hot drink or cold drink to enjoy in the Chapel after your walk. A relaxed and rewarding way for all ages to connect with nature, learn something new and enjoy the Cemetery together.
