Community Connections Conference

Taking place from the 12th-14th August 2025, you are invited to the First-Ever Community Connections Conference dedicated to all things Fundraising, Volunteering & Social Action.

Hosted by Sheffield Students' Union, delegates and charities can build their own experience by choosing to attend the full event or opting for one of the limited access ticket options.

The conference will include a mix of:

• Inspiring talks & panels
• Hands-on workshops
• Outstanding awards celebrations. (Please note that only 18+ will be eligible to attend award celebrations due to the availability of alcohol at the event.)
• Food & refreshments
• Optional accommodation

Open to students, graduates, SU and HE staff, as well as charity and community professionals, this event brings together voices from across the sector — from fellow students' unions to leading charities and social action experts.
