Ye Woodbeast sound as if some great machine has half awoken from a fitful dream of pagan life. Touring the UK, and with several festivals under their belt, have marked Ye Woodbeast as a band to keep your eyes and ears firmly fixed on.

Sheffield's very own Electric Tape Recorder mix the absurd with the shambolic in equal measures. Their live performances are gathering momentum with their raw, vulnerable and dark-dead-pan approach. Expect incoherent melodic babbling in between songs!

Dearthworms are fast becoming one of Sheffield's favourite children. Their debut album Sapsucker is a jagged punch of weirdness, blending chaotic riffs with surreal, vivid lyrics. Their music isn't designed to be safe... it’s sleazy, gloriously unhinged and delights in dismantling expectations and throwing the pieces back at you.
