A day filled with South Asian inspired wellness methods starting with a Bollywood inspired aerobic workout, to yoga, masala chai and painting, physiotherapy drop in and finishing off with talks about nutritional herbal remedies and overall wellness.
This day is designed to nurse you through those January blues. Why not start off the year pouring back into yourself and the Christmas hibernation.
The day will start with a BollyFit workout with a dance fitness programme designed by Shaz Khan. This will then be followed by a meditation and yoga session to calm the senses and prepare for an afternoon of painting, wellness talks and good food.
There will be a chartered NHS physiotherapist attending the day to provide a talk on how important it is to maintain a certain level of mobility and exercise throughout the week. You will have an opportunity to individually speak with the physiotherapist about any issues you may have.
Nearing the end of the afternoon, a nutritionist will provide a talk on what to include in our diet and also provide some herbal remedies too.
Lunch will be provided by Chatori Gali and will be vegetarian only.
