The Garden Sauna Experience

Let off some steam this New Year… Nestled within the tranquil Gardens, this pop-up wellness retreat invites you to pause and reconnect.
Step into wood-fired warmth in this handcrafted horsebox sauna, unwind in rustic comfort, and welcome the year in rhythm with the natural world.
Between heat sessions, invigorate the senses with a refreshing cold-water shower, designed to deepen the therapeutic experience.
During the rest period, enjoy a selection of soothing teas in the Camellia House while you breathe, unwind, and sink into a moment of pure calm – right when you need it most.

Additional Information
Please read all important pre-visit information.
- Please shower before arriving at Wentworth Woodhouse.
- Please arrive at least 25 minutes before your session is due to start.
- There is a 5 minute walk from the Car Park to the front desk, followed by a 15 minute walk to the Camellia House where you will need to receive a short briefing and waiver before your session starts.
- Swimwear must be worn in the Garden Sauna and surrounding area.
- Please bring a changing towel/robe to use the nearby toilets.
- Please ensure to bring: Swimwear, two towels (one for sitting on and one for drying afterwards), drinking water (no metal or glass bottles), slip-on footwear (optional) and a changing robe or similar.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the horsebox sauna is not accessible to those with mobility impairments.
