A delicious seasonal Summer feast will be served to enhance the beauty of two very special choral performances by the exceptionally talented Sonority Choir. 

EARTH

House-made loaves (v, g)
Organic spring vegetables, & butter dipped radishes with Westcombe ricotta (v)

FIRE

Fire roasted pork ribeye & Jersey Royals with salsa verde
(or fire roasted aubergine with dressed chickpeas for our vegetarian guests)

WATER

Leafy watercress salad with fresh peas & broad beans (v)

WIND

Meringues with whipped cream & macerated strawberries (v)

In ELEMENTS, the human voice becomes wind, flame, wave, and stone. From the whisper of air to the roar of fire, from the stillness of earth to the surge of water, this evocative concert draws you into a rich tapestry of sound that both stirs the imagination and speaks to our deep connection with the world around us.

Featuring Katerina Gimon’s electrifying Elements, alongside bold contemporary works by Kerry Andrew, Emily Hall, and Catherine Dalton, the programme also includes beloved choral treasures such as Stanford’s The Bluebird and the timeless folk song The Water is Wide, anchoring the performance in tradition while pushing its boundaries.
