X2 Fast

X2 Fast formed in mid-2023 out of a shared love for music, with a vision to reimagine the sound of bands that had a profound influence on the members’ lives—such as You Me At Six, All Time Low, and Paramore. With catchy riffs, driving choruses, and a nostalgic edge, the band has achieved notable milestones in a short time and continues to grow, aiming to share their music with an ever-expanding audience.

2024 was a breakthrough year. Starting with no gigs and just one recorded track, X2 Fast went on to receive multiple spins on BBC Introducing, release several tracks with the invaluable support of Steel City Studios, reach 10,000 listeners on Spotify, and promote a series of sold-out hometown shows. They also performed at venues they had only dreamed of, received a reaction from Brendan of Wheatus, and had one of their songs featured as a pre-match anthem at Hillsborough for Sheffield Wednesday FC.

2025 has been equally exciting. The band has gained regular airplay on Idobi Radio, performed at the iconic Hope & Anchor venue in London, and supported The Dangerous Summer in Sheffield.

For now, X2 Fast remains focused on the journey, driven by passion and the belief that time moves too fast not to pursue what you love.
