Wortley Top Forge Industrial Museum

Top Forge is a Water Powered Heavy Iron Forge whose history can be traced back to at least 1640. Exhibits at Top Forge include the original water wheels and water-powered drop hammers within the original Forge building which is progressively being restored to 1900s condition. All three Water Wheels can be run subject to the conditions.

The influence of electronic music on popular culture in the UK has been well documented to have been inspired by Sheffield in the late 70s and early 80s, and still today Sheffield artists, performers, producers and festivals are at the forefront of pioneering how the industry develops and people hear new sounds and have unforgettable experiences.

Get Together 2025

Now into its fifth year, Get Together has earnt a reputation as one of the best festivals for original and independent music, art, food and drink. For 2025, the festival returns to Kelham Island and Neepsend for another massive music takeover on Saturday 17 May.

Harriet Dyer

Harriet Dyer has been a full time comic since 2013. She’s had numerous critically acclaimed shows; works for the majority of big clubs and festivals, regularly gigs overseas. She prides herself in being totally original – an experience to behold, if you will! ​

The Ale Club

The Ale Club are tap rooms for the Brew Foundation brewery. There's the original one on Ecclesall Road, which also operates as a bottle shop, and a newer one in Fulwood that might just be the smallest pub in Sheffield (did someone say nano pub?). Whichever you fancy, they serve tasty beer in a great atmosphere.

The Chimney House is a stylish and innovative venue set within an iconic waterside building dedicated to hosting first class meetings and dining.

Best Western PLUS Aston Hall Hotel
