There are a number of street artists who live in Sheffield and make our walls into something beautiful for the city to be proud of. Their variety of styles can be seen here, as well as all over the world - and we have plenty of guest murals painted by artists who have visited Sheffield to create their own mark too.

Park Hill

Once a utopian social housing project of the same mould as the Barbican in London, complete with its own morgue, police station and school, Urban Splash are now mid-way through their total redevelopment of one of the dominating features of the city’s skyline.

From apprentice right through to post graduate, the fact that two world-class Universities are based right here in the centre of the city means you're right in the mix with some of the best brains. 

Bradfield

Just 7 miles out from the centre of Sheffield lies the civil parish of Bradfield, a quaint district of villages where the city starts to overlap with the beautiful Peak District National Park.

The Home of Football

When most people think Sheffield and football, their first thoughts are probably towards the city’s two current biggest clubs, Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday, little do they know the city’s crucial role in establishing this international sport, which is now played and adored around the globe.

Urban Choola

Urban Choola takes inspiration from street vendors in India to bring authentic flavours to their food. Developed by a highly talented team of chefs, the menu celebrates North Indian cuisine with Punjabi influences with a focus on dishes cooked in the tandoor as well as a cherry-picked selection of mouth-watering dishes from several other regions of the sub-continent.

Sheffield high streets to receive £865,000 investment
