Promote your Sheffield event by listing it on this website.

If you'd like your event to be included on our listings then please fill out the details below. 

Subject to approval, this information will published in the events listings on this website, so please make sure that the details are accurate and that the text you provide promotes the event to the public.

Please submit only one event per form, and note that we can only list events that take place in Sheffield. Please write all text in the third person and do not use all-caps.

Please add a link to online booking (if available)
Please upload good quality .jpeg or .png images, that you own the rights to. Only .jpeg and .png files can be used, any other file type will stop your submission from going through. You can upload as many images as you want. 1500 (w) x 1125 (h) pixels is the ideal size image.
You must either own the rights to any images or have permission from the original photographer to submit them to us, and therefore supply the appropriate credit or photography release form.

Terms & Conditions for Event listings

To have your event listed on the Welcome to Sheffield website you must agree to the following terms:

  1. It is the responsibility of the submitter to provide accurate information.
  2. It is the responsibility of the submitter to ONLY provide images and artwork for which you own the rights or have the permission to use.
  3. Welcome to Sheffield reserves the right to refuse entry of any event onto the events calendar.
  4. Welcome to Sheffield will play no part in the organising or managing of your event.
  5. Welcome to Sheffield will not commit to be present on the day.
  6. If an image is submitted without appropriate credit having been given then by giving permission for SCC to use that image to promote the event you agree to indemnify SCC for any and all losses arising out of any claim for breach of copyright law.
