The warehouse unit is of steel portal frame construction in two principal bays with a lean to rear addition. The unit is fully clad in composite sheeting with approximately 20% translucent panels to the roof covering. The main warehouse has an eaves height of 6.2 metres reducing to 5.2 metres in the lean to rear addition . There is motion sensor lighting.
Three roller shutter doors provide access to the warehouse. There is a separate personnel door to the former trade counter area. Within the warehouse the internal walls include concrete infill to 1.8 metres.
The unit includes a former trade counter area with stores. There is office space, staff ancillary accommodation and further storage situated over at mezzanine level.
The offices and trade counter areas are fitted with suspended ceilings and inset
lighting, and are served by comfort cooling. A high spec staff kitchen and breakout
area is installed.
