Did you know working out in time to the music makes it feel easier? Expect an energetic playlist and effective workout! Whether you are looking to start a fitness habit, get back on track or improve your fitness for running, cycling or your sport this one is for you!

The class is led by a highly qualified personal trainer and exercise referral instructor. The class alternates between full body, functional strength, and cardio, ending with mobility and core work.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short periods of high-intensity cardio and body weight resistance movements lower-intensity intervals for a workout that will improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength in a short amount of time!
