Love Letters
Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and Melissa Gardner, both born to wealth and position, are childhood friends whose lifelong correspondence begins with birthday party thank-you notes and summer camp postcards.
The play tells the story of Andrew and Melissa and their amusing friendship and romantic liaisons taking them from their first school days through to adulthood and beyond. Their letters are all funny, compelling and moving and their words allow us to come to know them both.
We share their good times and their sad days, their highs and lows.
