Liz facilitates a diverse range of creative writing workshops, here with a flavour of wellbeing, using prompts designed to help raise self-awareness on positive themes.
Laura teaches yoga from a perspective of gentle movement to promote embodiment, guiding students’ awareness inwards.
There will be a series of four workshops, the theme of each one is the four elements (fire, earth, water, and air); one will run in each season.
The workshops will incorporate breaks in which participants are invited to wander into the gardens for inspiration, reflection, and to support their own general wellbeing.
Liz and Laura will encourage participants to pay attention to how the element presents itself to them and share findings, enabling appreciation of the gardens from new perspectives.
