In their two studios, Yoga at the Reach offer a wide variety of yoga and classes, courses and workshops. The styles include: ashtanga, Mysore, hatha, dynamic hatha, acro yoga, rest and relax classes, restorative yoga, pregnancy yoga, baby yoga, baby massage, post-natal yoga, yoga therapy and the yoga of healthy backs programme.  They nurture and encourage everyone and help them to fulfil their personal journey and reach their highest potential.
