Additional Information

2.00pm - Hudson and Hudson

2 Become Wand When real-life married funny magicians decided to perform a double-act, they thought it would be the perfect combination of fun and tricks. However, their personal-life bickering tends to get in the way of the magic.

'Climaxes ranging from silly to mind-blowing. Two immensely engaging and talented performers' **** (BroadwayBaby.com).

'You fooled us' Penn and Teller.

'Ace. Brilliant. Authentic' (Amanda Holden).

3.25pm - Eric Rushton

Real One Channel 4 Sean Lock Award winner Eric Rushton is a comedian with a chequered past. He's been fired, stolen from and glued to chairs. He's met some bad eggs, and eaten even worse ones. With this show, he not only wants to make you laugh, he wants to make you learn. To learn how, with the support of his loving family and friends, he's always had to fend for himself. This is his (funny) story.

'Gloriously and unpretentiously daft' (Rolling Stone).

'He's a master craftsmen, with an arsenal of great one-liners' (Scotsman).

4.50pm - Dan Tiernan

Stomp 2023 Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee and 'Mancunian wild-man' (Guardian) returns with show two, following a totally sold-out debut last year.

'A potent, original fount of gags' **** (Scotsman).

'A furious yet friendly, thrilling ride' **** (Telegraph).

'A powerhouse performance backed by solid writing' **** (Chortle.co.uk).

'A stand-up set for stardom' **** (List). 'Furiously fun' (Guardian).

6.15pm - Darius Davies

A-Z: The Geek's Guide to Seduction. From Android to Zuckerberg how to woo a partner whilst talking about discount codes, skincare routines and Wrestlemania. Darius Davies presents A-Z: The Geek's Guide to Seduction. Expect a 'a rock-solid hour of constant laughs... supercharged by precision timing and an impassioned, charismatic delivery' (Chortle.co.uk).

'Hilarious... Brutally funny' (Scotsman).

'Energetic, self-aware and genuinely hilarious... a must watch' (The Student).

7.30pm - Jacob Nussey

Jacob Nussey unassumingly draws in audiences with his deadpan style, sharp jokes, and ill-fated anecdotes with clever punchlines. Jacob's new show, Primed covers his time at Amazon. He divulges their secrets, preconceptions, stealing, job interviews, and why it could always be worse. Jacob quickly established himself on the comedy circuit, after winning Bury Met Comedian of the Year and West Didsbury Comedy Festival New Act of the Year. Jacob was named by Chortle as one to watch for 2023.

8.45pm - Scott Bennet

Blood Sugar Baby One family, one condition, one hell of a hairy baby. Scott Bennett (Live at the Apollo, News Quiz) tells the amazing true story of how his daughter fell ill with a rare genetic condition. Yes, it's a show about an ill baby, but it's a really funny one, with a happy and hopeful ending. Soulmates are taken from the idyllic world of NCT classes and plunged into months of treatment, sleepless nights, genetics, bizarre side effects, private jets and celebrity encounters. As heard on the Parenting Hell podcast.

'Comedy's best kept secret' (Evening Standard).
